Submitting Feedback

Why Your Feedback Matters

Scholara is built for researchers, and researcher feedback directly shapes our roadmap. Many of our most popular features — including the Analysis Chat, AI screening overrides, and bulk export — started as user suggestions.

Using the Feedback Widget

The fastest way to share feedback:

  1. 1Click 'Feedback' in the bottom-left of the dashboard sidebar.
  2. 2Select a category: Bug, Feature Request, or General.
  3. 3Write your feedback — be as specific as possible.
  4. 4Optionally attach a screenshot.
  5. 5Click Submit.

Feature Requests

When requesting a feature, help us understand the 'why' behind it. Describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution you imagine. This helps us design the best possible implementation. For example, instead of 'Add a button to do X', try 'When I'm doing Y, I need to X because Z.'

What Happens After You Submit

Our feedback process:

  • Your feedback is reviewed by the product team within 48 hours.
  • Bug reports are triaged and assigned to engineers.
  • Feature requests are categorized and added to our backlog.
  • High-demand features are prioritized for upcoming releases.
  • We may follow up via email to ask clarifying questions.

We read every piece of feedback. While we can't implement every suggestion, your input is invaluable in shaping the platform.
