Navigating the Dashboard

The Sidebar

The left sidebar is your main navigation. From top to bottom you'll see:

  • + New Review — start a new conversation in the review chat
  • Quick search — find any of your reviews by title or content (or press Cmd+K / Ctrl+K)
  • Reviews list — your active reviews, grouped by ownership and visibility (private, shared, team)
  • Archive — reviews you've archived; right-click any review to archive or unarchive
  • Plan usage card — usage summary and link to billing
  • Feedback — open the feedback widget
  • Account / Settings — profile, billing, and preferences

The Reviews List

Visit /reviews to see every review you have access to in a list view. Each row shows the review title, last activity, and visibility (private icon, team icon for shared reviews). Click a row to open the review chat; right-click to rename, archive, change visibility, or delete.

Quick Search

Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the app to focus the sidebar's search input. Type a few characters from a review title to filter the list, or press Enter on a result to jump straight there.

Inside a Review

Clicking into a review opens the chat-native review interface: a phase indicator across the top, the conversation in the centre, and an artifact side drawer (PICO summary, protocol, screening table, plots, PRISMA diagram) on the right that opens as the assistant produces results. There are no separate phase pages — the conversation moves you through PICO → Confirm → Protocol → Strategy → Search → Abstract → Fulltext → Analysis.

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Cmd+K / Ctrl+K — focus the sidebar quick-search input
  • Cmd+Enter / Ctrl+Enter — start a new review from anywhere in the dashboard
  • Cmd+B / Ctrl+B — toggle the sidebar collapsed/expanded

Right-click any review in the sidebar to rename, change visibility, archive, or delete it. The same context menu is available from the dedicated /reviews list view.
